With over 30 years of entrepreneurial and leadership background, Maria has walked through both success and hardship — including the challenges of navigating toxic leadership environments. These experiences shaped her conviction that true leadership must come from within.

Her journey into NLP therapy, subconscious transformation, and radical creativity (studied at Aalto University) grew out of a deep desire to heal, empower, and equip others.
